Pride at Work (PAW) is a non-profit organization that works towards the development of the underprivileged areas of society. It is committed towards educating and training the less fortunate and 'at risk' individuals while integrating them into the corporate environment.

Social inequality is one of the leading causes of the absence of quality career opportunities for the underprivileged. An inadequate public education system and deterioration of family and moral values are some of the contributing factors to the problem. With the initiation of outsourcing and off-shoring practices in the technology sector, the existing opportunities have also shrunk. Through PAW, Pride takes initiative in providing career opportunities to such individuals by developing their technical, interpersonal, and workplace skills which are required by the information technology sector.

PAW uses the standard economic motivators in its endeavor and does not depend upon charity or donations. To date it has been successful in placing over 100 individuals in corporate sponsors.

While this initiative provides underprivileged men and women with an opportunity to change their lives, there are no nominal costs to the host corporation. On the contrary, these candidates often work for lower compensations and are more reflective of the markets they serve in comparison with their competitive alternatives.
