Leo Russell is the CEO and Founder of Pride Global, co-Founder of Russell Tobin, and Managing Partner of several operating subsidiaries under the Pride Global umbrella. As such, Leo oversees all initiatives and operations, leading a global team of over 4,500 associates spread around the globe with offices throughout the U.S., Canada, India, and the U.K. The Pride Global network of companies now includes Pride One, Russell Tobin, Pride BPO, Pride Health, Pride Now, Pride Advisory, Pride Tech, Pride India, and Rocket Shippers.

 

Pride Global was founded in 1983 as Pride Technologies with a focus on providing IT services to financial institutions. Over the years, Leo diversified the company’s core functions to add human capital solutions, including vendor management, payroll and passthrough services, business process optimization, leadership development, and complete staffing services for both direct hire and contingent labor solutions.

 

Leo is also the CEO and Founder of Pride in Education, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded with a mission to empower students with the skills and resources to benefit from a good education, compete for the best opportunities in the job market, enhance leadership skills, and ultimately find fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.

 

In 2021, Leo was named to the Staffing Industry Analysts annual Staffing 100 list honoring the most influential industry leaders.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Claremont Men’s College and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School OPM Program.

Mike Krieger

As a managing director of Pride Technologies, Michael Krieger provides clients with unrivaled expertise in business process refinement and performance consulting. As an expert facilitator and service consultant, Mr. Krieger has partnered with many companies to advance their approaches to Project Management, Networking, Help Desk, Procurement, and End User service delivery models.

 

Mr. Krieger entered the IT industry in 1988 as a service sales consultant with Pomeroy Resources, Inc. In 1994, he joined SARCOM, Inc. as a district sales specialist to assist in the growth of service sales and account acquisition. In 1995, Mr. Krieger was promoted to Sales Manager for the organization and, in 1997, was promoted to District Manager. In 2003, he was appointed Regional Vice President for the southern region of SARCOM, Inc.

 

Prior to beginning his professional sales consulting career, Mr. Krieger attended the University of Cincinnati. Today, he is a trained facilitator for process workshops in the IBM J.A.D. methodology. He has developed his skills as a sales professional in Miller Heiman’s Strategic and Conceptual methodologies and maintains several sales certifications with leading manufacturers in the IT industry.
